Materials

All products are made with high-quality materials; heavy welded metal hardware and nylon or polyester webbing.

The webbing and metal hardware are very sturdy, but the ribbon is primarily decorative. The ribbon will not withstand strong or repeated scratching from your dog's nails. We recommend keeping your dog's nails short and dull to help prevent wear to the ribbon. Patterned webbing is recommended for dogs who scratch a lot.

Care

All collars, leashes, and couplers are machine washable. Wash with mild detergent in cold water. Dry flat.

Payment and Shipping

Invoices will be emailed to the customer and products will be shipped once the invoice has been paid. Items are usually shipped within 3 days from the date they are ordered. If there will be a delay, you will be notified immediately.

All products are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days for defects in workmanship only. All other sales are final. Please contact us via email if you feel there is a problem with your product.

Warranty

There is no expressed or implied warranty. All products are made using high quality materials and are sturdy, but should still be inspected regularly for wear. Worn, frayed, or damaged products should be discarded and no longer used.
